The acquisition marks a key moment in Eurocell’s ambitious 5-year strategy to grow the business to £500m in revenue. One of the strategic pillars of this strategy is to cement Eurocell’s position as ‘the trade’s preferred choice in all markets and segments it serves’. “The addition of Alunet Group’s teams, products and service, is a significant milestone towards achieving our goals,” says Darren Waters, the CEO at Eurocell. This is a significant milestone on the road to offering both customers of Eurocell and Alunet Group a complete choice of home improvement products.”
Great fit
Waters adds: “Alunet Group is a great fit for Eurocell. It significantly strengthens our position in aluminium for the residential sector, enhances our composite door offering and adds a premium range of aluminium garage doors to our portfolio of home improvement products. This gives our trade partners further products to grow their businesses and more choice for their customers.
The move positions Eurocell as a leading composite door supplier, now providing a full range of foam-filled and solid timber-core, alongside its PVC panel doors. It also marks Eurocell’s entry into the aluminium garage door market.
